Irontown Homes built a custom, modular guest home with the most advanced home automation technology and impressive sustainable features that will be on display June 25-26 in the heart of San Francisco at Moscone Center East.
Professional Builder is sponsoring the 534 square foot modular home developed using an innovative design that includes smart home technology by Control4, a leading provider of automation and control solutions for the connected home. The home is designed with wireless lighting control, shading, skylight control, ductless heating and cooling with remote management, discrete security and surveillance, whole-home audio and complete entertainment control inside and out.
Irontown Homes partnered with Professional Builder, Control4, Heritage Home Group, Maze Nails, MechoShade Home Systems, Panasonic and Western Window Systems to deliver and showcase this unique modular guest home at PCBC.
The home also features weathered barn wood siding, weathering steel roof, BIBS (Blown in Blanket System) exterior wall insulation, thermally broken Western Windows with a multi-slide door and Ductless 25 SEER heating and cooling. Other features include tongue and groove cedar ceiling, bamboo wood floors, full overlay maple cabinets, tile tub surround and quartz countertops.
