This 3,500 sf masterpiece exhibits 3 living spaces, 528 sf unit, a 1250 sf unit and a 1692 sf unit. It exhibits a full LEED Platinum Certification taking sustainability and reuseable living to reality with recycled countertops and Bamboo floor coverings. The full steel construction, spray foam insulation and fire sprinklers take the strutural integrity of the home to a higher level. With beautiful Kohler fixtures, KitchenAid Appliances and Level 5 Smooth Wall finish every detail is met with Irontowns fully customizable production process.
