Irontown Modular Expanding Service Area into Arizona

Irontown Homes is excited to begin working with builders and architects in Arizona to bring beautiful, custom modular homes to another state in the Western U.S.

By teaming with Arizona modular home dealer Element+Form, Irontown Homes will offer quality modular homes throughout the Phoenix area.

“It’s the many Arizona architects today that work in modern design and Arizona’s drive to be on the forefront of green building standards that really set the stage for the modern Pre-Fab home,” said Element+Form Managing Partner Scott Osborn.

By expanding into Arizona, Irontown Homes will now be offering modular construction for eight different states. Irontown Homes also builds in California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming.

“We’re looking forward to the opportunity to expand our service area into Arizona,” said Kam Valgardson, Irontown Homes Business Development Manager. “We feel like we have a lot to offer when it comes to working in Arizona.”

Currently, options for building custom modular homes are extremely limited in Arizona. Irontown Homes will be able to provide high-end homes that meet the growing demand in Arizona of building a sustainable home.

Element+Form will work to facilitate the modular construction process in the state of Arizona by working with local buyers and architects. Element+Form will serve as a guide for buyers and architects, especially those unfamiliar with the modular construction process.

The partnership will allow home site work to be completed simultaneously as the home is constructed in Irontown Homes’ factory in Spanish Fork, Utah. The process will help speed construction for homes built in Arizona while giving buyers more options when it comes to building a sustainable, energy-efficient home.

There’s never been a better opportunity to build modular homes in the state as the demand for more sustainability continues to rise in Arizona. And as the leader in custom modular construction, Irontown Homes will be able to provide the highest quality homes built to exceed industry standards that meet the needs of each individual homeowner.

“In our search for a factory that would meet our standards as well as set the standard for custom prefab in Arizona, we did a lot of research and spoke with other cutting edge designers and builders who all recommended Irontown Homes,” Osborn said. “We are very excited to partner with Irontown Homes to bring modern Pre-Fab to Arizona.”
