Irontown Modular is excited to be a major part of the largest builders’ show and conference in the United States for the second time in three years.
Professional Builder is sponsoring a pair of homes, an additional room and an additional kitchen that will be on full display in the Show Village exhibit during the 2015 NAHB International Builders’ Show scheduled for Jan. 20-22, 2015 in Las Vegas, Nev.
Both homes will feature impressive modern technology, amenities, options and features while spotlighting the advantages and benefits of modular construction for both homeowners and homebuilders.
Show attendees will have the opportunity to tour the homes, the room and the kitchen at the exhibit during the three-day show.
With more than 125,000 attendees expected, we’re excited about the opportunity to showcase specifically the advantages of building with Irontown Homes and all modular construction has to offer.
Irontown Homes will be building the homes in its Spanish Fork, Utah factory before shipping the homes by module and craning them into place just days before thousands of people walk through the homes during the show. Construction has already begun on the two homes and will continue until they are shipped in January.
Irontown Homes also constructed two homes during the 2013 International Builders’ Show. In 2013, Irontown Homes’ crew craned the modules in to place and finished both homes in just 4 days. The homes gave the building community a chance to learn more about the modular construction process.
