With more than 55,000 housing industry professionals in Las Vegas Jan. 18-23 for the International Builders Show (IBS), Irontown Homes and all the advantages of modular construction were on full display during the three-day event.
Irontown Homes showcased a pair of stunning modular homes along with an upscale, single-module retreat as the feature of the IBS Show Village.
With more to offer builders and buyers than ever before in modular construction, Irontown Homes is leading the way in delivering custom factory-built homes that astonish and surprise anyone taking a look at what’s available when working with or buying from Irontown Homes.
In the 2,468 sq. ft. two-story traditional home on display during IBS, Irontown Homes displayed the possibility to build both a luxurious retreat that’s eco-friendly and comfortable as a first home or a vacation spot.
Irontown Homes’ modern 2,046 sq. ft. home designed by Clever Homes presented by Toby Long Design was also on display and drew crowds with its unique design and seamless indoor and outdoor living space.
The additional modular unit on display was named the Ultimate Kitchen and includes a lounge, separate bedroom and a bathroom. The 600 sq. ft. module was designed by KBIS 2014 Best Kitchen Design Winner Tim Scott of XTC Design Inc. and constructed in Irontown Homes’ factory alongside the two homes.
Each of the buildings on display were shipped to Las Vegas, set and stitched for display in less than a week.
Irontown Homes offers an impressive approach to both residential and light commercial construction. Up to 80 to 90 percent of the home is constructed in the factory before each building is shipped by modules and craned into its permanent lot.
Irontown Homes works closely with architects and general contractors to ensure each structure is build to the highest standards of living, durability and design.
Irontown Homes has been featured during IBS during two of the last three years and is setting a standard in luxurious construction.
